- Flooring: The entire apartment and bathroom flooring is made of first-class foreign porcelain with a 100 cm size (Carving Porcelain).
- Ceilings: Gypsum board decor in each apartment, including salons, living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Windows: Special aluminum profile with 16 mm double-glass vacuum. Aluminum electrical switches with Italian accessories.
- Bathrooms: All bathroom fixtures are first-class foreign suspended models, and Italian first-class mixers are used. Concealed shower systems.
- Plumbing and Heating: All plumbing and heating installations are of Italian origin.
- Central Heating: Underfloor heating system using gas with three safety stages (Gas + CO2 + CO sensors for each gas point), including gas installations for the kitchen and a fire place.
- Air Conditioning: Central air conditioning installed in the salon and living room (VRF system), with provisions for air conditioning in the bedrooms.
- Electrical Systems: All electrical sockets, switches, and panels are of foreign origin.
- Home Automation: Independent home automation system installed in each apartment.
- Doors: Internal doors are made of solid Italian wood painted white, and external doors are burglar-resistant.
- Storage and Parking: Independent storage room and parking space for each apartment. All services (water, electricity, heating, cooling, intercom with camera, and central satellite) are separated for each apartment.
- Roof: The building’s roof is insulated against heat and moisture, with water and electricity lines for services.
- Building Insulation: The building is insulated with high-pressure Saudi polystyrene boards (thermal insulation) and stone insulated with high-quality English insulation material.
- Water Supply: Each apartment has 4 cubic meters of water, including a 2 cubic meter tank on the roof and a 2 cubic meter tank in the basement with a pump.
- Elevator: Italian first-class elevator with a stainless-steel cabin, serving all floors starting from the garages.
- Electric Car Charging: Infrastructure prepared for charger installation at each parking space.
